Ibaneis Rocha afirmou que irá recorrer da ação na Justiça que questiona os decretos de medidas de restrição contra o coronavírus no Distrito Federal
De aliado a alvo de Bolsonaro, o governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha, afirmou à CNN que vai responder na Justiça que seus decretos com medidas de restrição na cidade não são inconstitucionais.
Ao ser questionado sobre a atitude do presidente em mover uma Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade no STF contra as medidas, Rocha respondeu que foi “sem sentido”. E argumentou: “Os decretos não têm nada de inconstitucionais e foram editados dentro da competência a mim estabelecida na própria constituição e na lei”, disse à coluna.
O governador também afirmou que irá avaliar a publicação de novos decretos de restrição da cidade contra o coronavírus, nesta sexta-feira.
Pelas regras impostas até aqui, está proibida a circulação de pessoas, a menos que justificável, entre 22h e 5h. Podem transitar pessoas que estejam no trajeto de casa para o trabalho, precisem ir ao hospital ou trabalhem nas ruas à noite, como policiais e bombeiros.
Bahia e Rio Grande do Sul também respondem à ação. Os governadores dos dois estados ainda não se manifestaram.
