No último fim de semana a clássica banda australiana Midnight Oil realizou um show na cidade de Geelong, para 13 mil pessoas – em concerto presencial, sem a necessidade de distanciamento social ou o uso de máscara de proteção. O grupo está realizando uma mini turnê pela Austrália, algo que não foi possível durante todo o ano passado.
De acordo com o site oficial do Ministério de Saúde da Austrália, o país contabilizou 29.220 mil infectados e 909 mortes por Covid-19 durante toda a pandemia, iniciada em janeiro de 2020. O site informa que, atualmente, há 149 casos estimados no país.
